THE STORY IN THREE LINES
- EMBERSWORN is a dark-fantasy action RPG set sixty years after the light went out of Vaelmoor in a single afternoon. You carry the last good coal from the last good fire.
- Lukas Dulka, a Sydney dad with 25 years in software, directed AI tools to make the code, the art, the 3D models, the music, the voices and the films, and decided what stayed and what was thrown out. It began with the ideas of his seven-year-old son, Aiden, and Aiden’s ideas still go in.
- It launches on 1 November 2026. It is not yet playable by the public.

HOW IT IS MADE
Lukas Dulka describes what he wants, in plain language, to an AI assistant. The assistant plans the work, runs AI models to make the pieces, writes the code, and tests the game in a real browser. He looks at the result and says what is wrong. Builds are rejected and redone; the project's own records show it.
MADE WITH AI
- CodeAbout 58,000 lines of JavaScript in about 110 files, written and tested by an AI coding agent to Lukas Dulka's direction (figures as at 30 September 2026).
- ArtHeroes, monsters, halls and illustrations, designed with AI image tools.
- 3D modelsCharacters, monsters and props, turned from that art into 3D by AI image-to-3D tools, then cleaned up and finished in Blender.
